Who We Are:

   We are a community of believers in Jesus Christ, committed to spreading the Good News of the gospel. We try to be a caring community of faith in the way we respond to one another and in the way we look outward to the problems and needs of today's world. It is our conviction that, far from being outdated, Christ's message is a vital, transforming force in a world needing peace and justice.

What We Believe:

   We confess Jesus Christ as our Savior and believe that the church is one body in Christ. We also believe:

• ..that the Bible is the inspired record of God's actions in history and is a trustworthy guide for living.
• ..that we have all fallen short of what God wants us to be and are in need of redemption.
• ..that God loves us all and that Jesus died for our salvation.
• ..that we are all commissioned to share the gospel and follow Christ's commandments.
• ..that the Holy Spirit gives us insight and power in our daily lives.

Joining Our Community:

   We are always pleased to welcome new members. A person may be received into membership by one of the following: by Baptism, by Letter of Transfer from another church, or by Reaffirmation of Faith. Prospective members meet with the Board of Deacons and, after affirmation by the congregation, are received into membership.
